Turmeric (Curcuma longa)

Emprit Ginger (Zingiber mayus Rumph)

Small but potent, emprit ginger carries a sharper, warmer profile than common ginger. Traditionally used to awaken the body, it is known for supporting warmth, circulation, and digestive comfort.

Elephant Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

Milder and more rounded in taste, elephant ginger brings gentle heat and aromatic depth. Ginger has been traditionally used to support digestion and ease nausea.

Rice (Oryza sativa)

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)

Lime (Citrus aurantiifolia)
